This policy applies to all purchases made through From The Andes Inc. via www.fromtheandes.net. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping and Handling

Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout directly by the carrier based on delivery distance and package weight.
- Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS with full tracking.
- Speed: Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 PM MST ship the following business day.
Shipping to Canada
- Rates: Orders over $300.00 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $300.00 are subject to a $25.00 flat rate.
- Transit Time: 5 to 11 business days.
- Duties and Taxes: Canadian customers are responsible for all GST, HST, PST, and customs brokerage fees. These are collected by the carrier and are not refundable by From The Andes Inc.
Returns and Exchanges
- Standard Return Window: You may return or exchange standard contemporary apparel within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Limited-Edition and Artifacts: Due to the rare and one-of-a-kind nature of our luxury artifacts and vlad.œuvre limited editions, these items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the shipment date.
- Exchange Process: We offer one-to-one exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Your replacement order will be processed immediately upon authorization.
- Return Shipping (USA): We provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved domestic returns and exchanges.
- Return Shipping (Canada): Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will provide a specialized label with HTS Code 9801.00.10 (American Goods Returned) to prevent improper taxation. The cost of this label and any non-refundable duties will be deducted from your final credit or refund.
- Condition Standards: In accordance with luxury standards, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original resalable condition with all tags and packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Defective and Damaged Items
- Reporting: If an artifact arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@shopfromtheandes.com.
- Resolution: If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, From The Andes Inc. will provide a full refund or exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.
Tracking and Liability
- Liability: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, From The Andes Inc. is not responsible for subsequent loss or theft. Please verify your shipping address carefully, as we cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
