Return and Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through From The Andes Inc. via www.fromtheandes.net. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This page contains the most current and official policy. If any product description differs, this policy takes precedence.

Returns and Exchanges

  • 14-day window: You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your options: Full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange (subject to availability for one-of-a-kind pieces).
  • Prepaid label: From The Andes will provide a prepaid return label for approved returns. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover both the cost of returning the incorrect item and the shipping of the replacement item at no charge to you.
  • Our mistake: If we shipped the wrong item or made an error, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.
  • Item condition: Returned items must be in the same condition received - unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original packaging when possible.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the refund.
  • Start a return: Email info@shopfromtheandes.com with your order number to obtain authorization and a prepaid label. Please obtain authorization before sending a return, as we cannot process packages without it.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and limited to items of equal value.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Orders ship via trackable carriers: USPS or UPS.
  • Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 PM MST, weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Transit times vary by region and service level. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak carrier seasons.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and border taxes required by their country.
  • From The Andes Inc. does not reimburse these charges. Customs delays are outside our control.

Tracking and Delivery

  • All shipments include tracking via email.
  • Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS or UPS, From The Andes Inc. is not responsible for loss or theft. Please ensure your delivery address is secure before ordering.

Shipping Damage

  • If an item arrives damaged in transit, notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) and provide clear photos or video of the item and packaging.
  • From The Andes Inc. is not financially responsible for loss or damage caused by USPS or UPS while in transit. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier so you can be reimbursed quickly.
  • Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require inspection.

Packaging and Sustainability

  • We may use repurposed or recycled packaging materials in support of environmental sustainability.
  • All items are securely packed to help ensure safe delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. From The Andes Inc. ships to the address provided and cannot reroute orders once in transit. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
