This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through From The Andes Inc. via www.fromtheandes.net (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are shipped from New Mexico, USA within 1 business day of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

2. Carriers

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending on destination, order size, and value.

3. Tracking & Notifications

All orders include tracking, which is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes that may apply.

From The Andes Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

5. Insurance

  • All orders over $100 USD are automatically insured at no extra cost.

  • If you would like insurance for an order under $100, please contact us before checkout.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, From The Andes Inc. is no longer liable for loss or theft. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

If your package goes missing after delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly.

7. Packaging & Sustainability

In support of environmental sustainability, we may use repurposed or recycled packaging materials. All items are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. From The Andes Inc. is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
